Are You a Messenger? Is there A Book Inside of You?

Hi I am very excited because I'm in the process of writing my first Messenger Mini-Book with the Messenger Network - along with 263 other authors from around the world. Its a great 60 day experiment that is just about complete and we're all designing our book covers and getting our layouts finished and ready for eco-friendly printing. The coolest part of the program- aside from the fact that there is this huge global support system - is that our books will be tied to the latest technologies and our readers will be able to have a unique personalized online journal that will allow them to connect with our messages in a much deeper way. I'm also a Messenger Network consultant and excited to share that this opportunity will be available again late this fall. The other fun thing that I've been invited to do is to be a "teletalk" radio host for author interviews. Be sure if you visit the site to check out some of these interviews. I think you'll be amazed by the quality of the authors and of the messages that they are all transmitting and transcribing. Everything from forgiveness to financial freedom, from spiritual journeys to seeing angels is covered in the topics that are being brought forth by the authors in the program.

Selected as One of NH Magazine's 6 Renaissance Women!

What an honor, out of the blue one day last month I got a call from Rick Broussard - editor at NH Magazine and he shared with me that I'd been selected by the magazine to be one of it's Renaissance Women! I happily accepted his request to come up to ManchVegas (otherwise known as Manchester, NH) and have a photo shoot. He suggested I bring props. Since they had just done a little article about my work with the crystal singing bowls I decided my prop would be my Amethyst bowl. I arrived and discovered that I was totally unprepared for the shoot. What I was wearing was not by any stretch of the imagination "Renaissancy". The photographer Susan Laughlin asked me where my clothes were and I said I was wearing them - a plaid orange silk blouse with a tank underneath and black pants -which I had picked out because I thought they looked "artisty". We thought for a moment and then she said "What's That?" "Oh, it's my coat" I replied which luckily has lots of nice soft llama fur all around the collar. Being incredibly creative women we pulled the straps down on the tank, buttoned the coat across my chest and tied the sleeves behind my back and Voila - A Renaissance look if I ever saw one! What a fabu job she did on the photo don't you think? A friend said I must have been a queen in a past life! It was very fun and I would highly recommend subscribing to NH Magazine so you can keep up with all the haps around our lovely little Granite State. Live free or die!

Archangel Gabriel as Channeled by Amethyst Wyldfyre 3/19/07

I AM the Archangel Gabriel. I bring you good tidings on wings of love from the entire Archangelic and Celestial Realms. I AM the messenger and I AM the message. I AM an Archangel and we of that realm are with you now in this present moment in ways that you have yet to comprehend.

There are those among you who do see us, and those among you who do hear us, and those among you who do feel us, and those among you who do know us. The time rapidly approaches where those still deeply embedded within the matrix of illusion will see, hear, feel and know us as well. This will be a moment of Great Awakening.

Those who have already commenced the awakening process shall be called; called by the clarion call of my very own horn, to lead and to teach, to heal and to minister, to model and to embody for the masses, for the rest of your brethren for the bulk of humanity who will awaken in sudden and miraculous shifts of awareness.

The Golden Age is dawning and the bride and bridegroom are prepared for the sacred joining in balance of the holy masculine and the divine feminine. A great and majestic celebration is at hand, the party of all time, an ecstatic explosion of joy, bliss, nirvana, samadhi.

All around your beautiful planet the bells, the chimes, the sacred sounds will peal, bringing the news to all beings. The drum beat will hail to the indigenous peoples who have been holding sacred space for aeons of time for the arrival of this very moment. And here you are. Exactly!

You are here, now, to witness and midwife the greatest transformation ever to occur on your home planet. A planetary wide evolutionary leap is imminent. The Lion is truly ready to lay down with the Lamb. The light will dazzle even the hardest of hearts into opening wide to receive the pure unadulterated vibration of unconditional love and acceptance.

Dancing, singing, loving, playing and creating with wild abandon will prevail. Peace will prevail. Every being will be suffused with such waves of loving kindness that all thoughts of a lower vibrational rate will be immediately obliterated, transmuted, transcended. An opening of such magnitude will occur between the dimensions of time and space that it will be as if the entire planetary matrix is being birthed through a birth canal; out of the darkness and into the light of the new dawn.

Never again will brothers or sisters raise their hands to one another. Never again will there be conflict or terror. Fear, False Evidence Appearing Real will be completely banished in every heart, in every mind, in every being. The changes and transformations that have been experienced for those who have called themselves Light Workers have prepared you for your roles at this time. Re-member who you are and that there is nothing to do, only to be.

Be present. Be grounded. Be focused. Be aware. Be awake. Be gentle. Be kind. Be loving. Be the Christed Ones that you are. Be together. Be united. Be well. Allow yourselves the gift of celebration.

Celebrate the Miracle that you yourselves have wrought by your mere presence on this Earth plane. Feel the love and gratitude from the Great Earth Mother, from the waters, the trees, the plants, the stones, from every element of the material realm; gratitude and joy to be relieved from suffering. Rejoice and celebrate your work and your play and know my presence.

Listen to my voice in your heart and your inner ear as I call you to your Presence. I am with you now and will be with you always for I am the whisper of your deepest heart that says "Be with me in a state of Pure Unconditional Love and Bliss". I sing to you Songs of Beauty, Truth and Goodness and I wrap you in Wings of Love as we fly together over the Rainbows of Living Light into the state of consciousness, the state of heart, the state of mind and body known in your prophesies as Shambhalla. Come fly with me. Sing the sounds of LoveLight, play the notes of color, be the song of Love.

We thank you for raising awareness around cleaning and clearing and detoxifying the air, the soil, and the waters. I AM the Archangel Haniel, Lover and nurturer of the Natural world. Seeds from heaven and the Archangelic Realms are being planted now. Seeds of Love. Seeds of Light. Each seed lovingly placed, carefully and perfectly deposited into every human heart. Seeds that will be activated, vibrated, accelerated over the coming weeks, months and years.

As each seed begins it's germination process, higher and higher levels of light will manifest in your Earth realm. Gaia herself is quickening too with the multitude of seeds that have been planted within her heart. For you dear children, you Light bringers, you Beacons, you have come to bring the living light into the Heart of the World and to shift all of humanity with your mere presence. Yes Dear Ones - You!

And truly the term Light Worker can now be deleted from your vocabulary. Yes, it's true! For there is now upon you a time where this "work" is no longer "work" shall we say? No indeed, now dear children it is the time for play! Joyous, exuberant, passionate, fully engaged, glorious, exciting, stimulating, enchanting, enticing, magical play! Play, play, play all Day! Play to your Heart's content.

Know that in your joyous and full expression of the "Lighter" side of your selves that you are serving so perfectly and precisely to shift the entire vibrational matrix of the planet to the realm of peace and light. You dearest Light Bearers are truly the models and your actions and your attitudes, your positive loving thoughts and deeds are truly the catalysts for deep and profound and perfect transformation. Let us look at that word shall we? Trans-form-ation - Actively changing form. Precisely! You are actively changing the form of each and every construct, each and every relationship, each and every system, each and every pattern, throughout your entire realm. Every ONE.

All that you have been told up until now, all that you believe to be "true" is turning upside down and inside out. Being de-constructed, leaving behind only the sacred core of eternal truth which is Love. Everything else must go. A clean slate, a fresh canvas, a blank page is now in formation. That's right! The deconstruction process proceeds apace of the in-formation process. For everything in the universe is mutable, and nothing ever can disappear from the Universal matrix for all that is, was or ever will be is here, now and always will be! Just a magnificent panorama of ever changing form.

As the forms change, You! You! YOU! have the joy, the pure pleasure, the total abandon of conscious co-creation with the essential Source and Force that IS the I AM. I AM Michael, Mi-Ka-El. He who is like God, who sits with the Source, Lover, Protector, Sacred Symbol of All that Is Good & True. I come to you now in this day and age to assist you to Re-Member who and what you are. Each being who comes to connect with the information provided here will be blessed 10,000 fold as they connect, activate and step into their Divine Birthright. I am here primarily to remind you, to recall in your mind, to re-connect you to your sacred origins. You are GOD/Goddess and have come at this time to regain your consciousness of your true Nature. This is the time of re-union, of returning, of rejoicing and rejoining. Soon, very, very soon you will find yourself joined once again with all of your Brothers and Sisters of Light. You will collectively drop the charade of separation and reconvene and emerge with the clear understanding and cognizance of your eternal Oneness. Once this re-convening and re-cognition has occurred, a new paradigm will instantaneously and spontaneously occur, as what is known in your language as a quantum leap, or also known as a Big Bang. The light energy that will be released upon this occurrence will be of a magnitude sufficient to create another Universe entirely, much like the plane you presently occupy was created as you have been informed by your scientists. The entire party of Light beings, Brothers and Sisters all will immediately and instantaneously populate the New Universe in a state of pure harmony and resonance with the Universal Law of Love. This new paradigm will be accessible to some who may not make the initial evolutionary leap however there will be many who currently populate your realm who will either exit entirely returning back to Source energy or who will remain in the duality of their own creation. Now more than ever it is imperative to clear and detoxify from all attachments, personal, physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Now is the time for the return to innocence, the time when purity prevails. A clear slate, a blank canvas, an empty page is before you now and you have and re-member in this very moment your vast, immense, immeasurable creative powers. Greetings Light Beings,

I AM the Archangel Michael. I will be your leader and guide throughout this missive. Let us begin. Open your heart. Breathe. Take a deep cleansing breath and release. Allow all toxins, all stored emotional debris, all mental clutter to be released. Breathe. Take a deep cleansing breath and release. Breathe. Throughout this journey into the Celestial Realms it will serve to re-member the breath. Pause often. Allow the body to receive. Allow the heart to receive. Allow the brain and the mind to receive. Take in the breath. Breathe. Throughout this journey you will be reminded often by myself and my brethren to breathe. It is now more important than ever to cultivate awareness of the breath. To Breathe. The breath is the life force, the stream of consciousness and life flows upon the breath. Breathe. Past messages from these realms have focused attention upon the grounding aspect. The need to make a strong connection to the Mother Earth has been emphasized. The time has come for the being you know as Gaia to make her ascension and so it is imperative at this juncture for all Light Beings to begin the process of grounding through the breath. The breath is your new connection assignment. Begin now to become more and more conscious of the breath. Breathe. Open the mind, open the heart, open the body, inhale, exhale. In hale, Ex Hale. Breathe. Allow the breath to flow freely without restriction. Allow the body to be cleansed and purified deeply, into the cellular level. Bring the breath to every part of the body, every bone, every muscle, every cell, every molecule, every fiber, every atom, every subatomic particle. Every part of the material structure of your being is now cleansed, purified, strengthened and enlivened by the Breath. Breathe. Breathe, Breathe. Enjoy the journey. I am with you. Children of the Light, I give you my blessing. Hold the light, be the light, praise the light, shine the light, spread the light. The time is upon you now when the bearers of the light will begin to multiply at an exponential rate. Each light bearer who has been awakened, who is walking in the light in the present moment is a model and a mentor for the newly awakened ones. It is good to share your stories, your experiences and your wisdom with those who are awakening now. Your words will inspire and validate many beings who will waken in the coming year and in the years to come. This is good and as it should be. All the light that is streaming now into your dimensional plane is accelerating the process for all beings, human, animal, plant and mineral. Be strong and courageous in the light, be the way showers and light bearers that you are. Give each other the gifts of love and blessings in each and every moment, releasing judgement, surrendering fear, letting go of old paradigms and stepping fully into your becoming. You are becoming. Becoming more Christlike with each breath, for the breath, the very air you breathe, the prana, is now being infiltrated at the highest levels with the patterning of the Christed One. Be One with the Christ energies and allow your inner Christ Light to Blaze Forth The Light. Lay down your swords, and be like the ocean, embracing, encompassing, reflecting and creating light, love, life. All is well and unfolds with perfection and in accordance with the Divine Plan. Morning Musings from the Mat

Yoga has been such an amazing part of my journey to wholeness and balance and I am so grateful to myself for making and sticking with my committment to the practice. This week I was reading Yoga Journal and there was an article about having a home practice. I started my practice at a gym a little over 5 years ago and about 4 years ago I brought it home with a video that a friend had given me of Rodney Yee.

Rodney and I have a date now just about every morning for AM Stretch. I love this video because its only 20 minutes. Heck anybody can squeeze 20 minutes in right? "They" say that 20 minutes of practice several times a week is as good for you if not better than a full hour and a half practice.

So I'm reading this article and it's talking about different sequences you can try and different times of the day that you can practice and how having a home practice can seem a little daunting at first to most people because they just can't figure out how to do yoga with out a little help and guidance from a teacher.

This is why I love Rodney, he's with me every morning - by now I've actually memorized the entire video. He's consistent, always there and he's my favorite way to start the day. The thing that's nice about doing the same video every morning is I really get to see where I'm at. Some days I'm not on the mat at all and I catch myself doing my leg stretch about 10 seconds ahead of Rodney - this would be a day where I'm ahead of myself. Other days I listen to my body and give myself extra time in Down Dog - this is where I'm really in touch with what my body needs. Then we have days like today. The funny thing about home practice is of course you are doing it at home!

So here we go starting out with a little relaxation to get present:

Rodney - "Surrender to the Earth"

Upstairs - CRAAASH ("Sorry Ms. Wyldfyre - I dropped the chair", says Nate my son's buddy who slept over)

Now we move through the relaxation process and we are really cooking - moving our legs left, and right, stretching the arms out to the side, now we're in bridge pose. What a great morning! Moving along now we roll over into cobra, now back to the mat, now updog - What's that? Updog????

Kack, Kack, Kack - It's the sound of my 17 year old labrador making vomit on the floor - quick off the mat, run to the kitchen, shoo the cat away, grab the paper towels! Bend, stretch, squat, wipe, run for the rubbish barrel, Ack out of paper towels - shoo kitty get away from the there, wipe some more, ok all cleaned up! Now where were we?

Oops - missed Downdog, missed Lunge, missed Supported Chair Pose - God Rodney's already back on the floor, no standing poses today.

Alright, lets get focused and back on the mat again - Staff Pose into the twist, moving right along twisting to the left, twisting to the right, cleanse those toxins, now cross legged, now up on the pillow for the final forward bends and prepare for meditation.

Closing the eyes, feeling the head right over the chest (WOOF!) , focusing on the breath (WOORF!), feeling the eyes relax back into the head (WOOF! WOOF! WOOF! Pukey dog wants in but he's going to have to wait) Now entering into 2 minutes of meditation to center the mind (WOOF! WOORF! WOORF!) (MEOW, MRow - now Kitty is joining the chorus).

And me? I'm in the silence. Centered, balanced, focused, and serene - WHAT??? My 2 minutes is up? Thank you God for Yoga, for Rodney, for Kids and Cats and Dogs and Life. It's all good. Wonder what my practice will be like tomorrow.......

Soaking up the Sunshine!

I love New England, if you don't like the weather here just wait a minute! Today I'm enjoying a totally lazy day. Spent almost the whole morning in bed. James snuggled in with me last night. He's not a little boy anymore but still likes an occasional night with mom in the big bed! It's so sweet to just share the love. Anyway, today is shaping up to be a scorcher and I'm really going to enjoy just lying out and soaking up some rays for a while.

Father Sun is activating all of us for our next level of growth now and it's important to store up the energy for the coming harvest season. Harvesting our dreams, the seeds that we planted in the spring that we are caring for and tending now. Make sure you weed out your garden and thin the dream seeds that no longer serve. Check for the hardiest plants, those that are truly going to nurture your soul's calling and feed you in more ways than one.

Weeding and thinning are important signs of mastery. Focus on the love - not just the food ($$) that might be produced in the process. Do you have a balance of both working in harmony? Or are you merely indulging your passions on the one hand or only focused on survival on the other? STOP. Sit with your heart center. Listen for the small still voice that will surely guide you to the next level of your own perfect unfoldment.

The seeds of light are spreading now and the Rainbow Children are unveiling their mastery in many realms. Trigger the light, the light, the light. Trigger the love, the love, the love.

Stormy Saturday

Back to blogging here again... It's been awhile! I'm grooving right now on the sounds of a ferocious thunderstorm. The rain is coming down in buckets and the thunder and lightening so majestic!

I love the rain and thunderstorms especially. Summer storms are the BEST. Everything is so clear and clean afterwards. I may just have to disengage from this machine and take myself outside for a little dance in the rain. Clearing, cleansing the auric field, releasing the toxins of excessive online indulgence!

Important to balance the inward and the outward. To commune with nature as much as we commune with bits and bytes. Love one another - I'm going outside to play!

Spring in New England!

Oh GOD it's SO beautiful outside today!!! There is nothing quite as magnificent as early spring in New England. We wait so looooong for it to come and then BOOM just like that the birds are singing, the flowers blooming and the tiny little buds on trees that just a week ago were bare are beginning to emerge into lovely light green leaves. When everything starts to wake up I wake up too - I get sooo excited. I want to roll naked in the grass and just play in the sun and be with friends and do fun things. Sitting at a desk is way low on the priority list!

Much as I love to connect in this space I'm going to make today's entry short and sweet so I can go outside and spread mulch and plant flowers and breathe the fresh air and soak up the sunshine. Spend some time outside today - Pachamama is waiting to delight your senses and commune with you!

Ok Let's Try Again!

Whew,

What a week it's been. Joined Zaadz last Monday the 16th, wrote my first blog and BOOM, down with the worst flu I've had in over 5 years. I've been in bed for days.....

DId you ever notice the quality of light on the ceiling of your room when you are unwell? It's quite surreal.    Ah to take a breath and not be coughing - what a gift.

Finally I'm out of bed and back in the saddle. I wonder what this clearing has been about? The last time I was down this hard and this long my life changed 180 degrees.   Left my old line of work, re-united with an old lover, ended up becoming an artist, got married. Hm.

Well I'm at the tail end of that transition now. My gallery is closed, my 2nd divorce almost final and now I'm sitting here with clean slate again. What shall I create next? I've planted some seeds this spring and am waiting patiently to see which ones will sprout. Sometimes it can be a real challenge to decide what you really want. Especially when you know that you can actually have it.

Right now I just want to be grateful for what I have - especially health. Health is so very precious because it can't be bought. Only nurtured. Self care in all areas, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual is vital to cultivate.

I have a friend, an inspiration and an angel in my life who may be losing her vision. Terrible for an artist. I'm praying for her now and for all of us who may be in pain, who may be losing something precious.  Love what you have in the moment for all of it is transient.

My First Day on Zaadz!

Wow!

I'm so excited to have found this magical, conscious community on the web! I've been out of the technological loop for a couple of years now - busy navigating the nagual and owning/operating my own art gallery and healing arts center. Now that Spirit has moved me out of the sticks and bricks and into the online world it's a total blessing to find that sacred space has already been created for the work of consciously evolving. Thanks God for Zaadz! I'm going to share with my friends and the small community that I've been building in my little corner of the world!
